these terms and conditions specifically refer to the products and services which may be purchased or accessed via our website:



1.making a purchase
when you purchase and/or use the yellow cycle experience and accept the terms and conditions', you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. please do not proceed to purchase/use your yellow cycle tickets until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. if you have any queries, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.

2. exchange
you can exchange an experience ticket bought or received for an alternative experience.

conditions of exchange:
a. exchanges are only permitted for valid tickets that have not been used, i.e. where an experience date has not yet been booked on the yellow cycle system.
b. tickets may only be exchanged once without attracting a fee. all subsequent valid exchanges will incur an administration fee of Rs 750 per voucher.
c. if you exchange your ticket for an experience of lesser value, no refund shall be made for the balance amount. you can use the balance amount to buy another experience at the same time of using the ticket.
d. if you exchange for an experience of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
e. once exchanged, the expiry date of the new experience ticket will remain the same as the original experience ticket purchased

3. prices
we reserve the right to change prices without notice. taxes are extra as prevailing at the time of billing. prices are inclusive of delivery and administrative fees.

4. transfer of tickets
all valid and unused (where experience is not booked) yellow cycle tickets are fully transferable. the yellow cycle accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent experience tickets. it is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the ticket(s)

5. lost tickets
if a yellow cycle ticket is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement ticket sent to him at an extra cost of Rs 250.

conditions for replacement of lost yellow cycle tickets:
1. the ticket is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or used.
2. proof of purchase is provided; either an order number, purchaser's full name or purchaser's email address.
3. the yellow cycle is able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.

please note it is the ticket recipient's responsibility to obtain and provide the yellow cycle with all required verification details. failure to do so will mean no replacement ticket will be issued.

6. expiry of experience tickets
the yellow cycle ticket(s) must be used within 6 months of purchase. expired tickets are non-refundable in whole or in part. after a ticket has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of the yellow cycle. the expiry date is clearly displayed on all experience tickets the expiry date is clearly displayed on all experience tickets

7. experience gift kit delivery
it is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address gifts, whether by email, post or courier. the yellow cycle cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, appropriate delivery instructions) have been provided. charges for delivery done between 10am - 8pm are included as part of the experience price.

delivery via email
the yellow cycle is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of any email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. if the recipient does not receive the emails from the yellow cycle, please contact us immediately on +91 9900729619 to send them to an alternative email address.

delivery via courier / hand delivered
we use various contracted courier companies or sometime deliver by hand depending on the date, time and delivery address. a redelivery charge of rs 750 will apply if the item is lost after receipt, if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery; if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item.

8. the yellow cycle's liability
the yellow cycle acts as a facilitator in providing the experiences, and is not directly involved in the delivery of the end service or product. the yellow cycle does not control the business operations of any experience provider. all the terms and conditions mentioned for each experience are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each experience provider. as such any claim will be out of the scope of the yellow cycle. in the unforeseen circumstances if there is a claim, the yellow cycle's liability shall not be in excess of the experience ticket value. such claim by the customer shall be valid if the yellow cycle finds it acceptable and reasonable.

9. availability of experiences
all experiences are offered by experience providers subject to availability. bookings should be made at least 10 days in advance. if you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance.

10. contact details given to experience providers
it is your responsibility to ensure you enter your email address and other contact details correctly when you complete the experience booking process with the yellow cycle . failure to do so may result in loss or incorrect delivery of the email confirmation of your experience.

11. booking cancellations and rescheduling
once your booking has been made, your experience cannot be cancelled. however, it can be rescheduled for another date. should you need to re-schedule a booking you have already made, you can do so upto 7 days before the experience date, without incurring any rescheduling fee.
  • if you reschedule between 5-7 days leading upto the experience date, including both days, you will need to pay 25% of the experience value as rescheduling fees.
  • if you reschedule on the 3rd or 4th day you will need to pay 50% of the experience value.
  • if you reschedule upto 48 hours before the experience date you will need to pay 100%.
sometimes we have to reschedule an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. in these circumstances, the yellow cycle is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the rescheduled experience.

12. complaints or problems during your experience
we welcome your feedback on all our products. if you have an issue on the day of the experience, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience manager or the experience provider at the venue as soon as possible, so that they have a chance to put matters right. if your issue is not resolved on the day, please contact us, with your ticket number, participant and venue details, and we will be happy to assist.

13. last minute deals
we often have late availability for experiences at special prices, and bookings for these can generally be made right up until the day before the experience date. for these bookings, we will provide essential details over the phone, as we cannot guarantee that these details will arrive by post in time for your experience. experiences bought under these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged. dates for an experience bought under these conditions, once booked, cannot be changed.

14. experience gift kit
at certain times we may need to change the contents of the yellow cycle experience gift kits, for example where individual items are out of stock or have become obsolete. we always try to ensure that any replacement item is of comparable quality.

15. illustrations on our sites
the photographs published by us on our websites are for illustrations only and are only an indication of the experience to be experienced by the customer.

16. experience session length
experience session lengths are approximate and are given as a guide to the total time you will be at the experience venue. unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the experience provider's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.

17. restrictions on taking experiences
certain experiences provided by experience providers are subject to minimum age, weight, health or other restrictions. these restrictions are outlined on the relevant experience information page. please read this information carefully. it is your responsibility to understand any restrictions prior to confirming your booking. if you are later forced to cancel due to restrictions, you may be liable for charges as per the terms and conditions.

18. other information
the text and illustrations (including photographs) used by the yellow cycle are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of the yellow cycle

19. trademarks
the yellow cycle is a trade mark of the yellow cycle. no-one may use our trademarks without our express written permission. neither the purchaser nor the recipient is entitled to use any yellow cycle trademarks or logos.

20. videography and photography
any videography and photography done during the experience shall not be used for any commercial purpose by the customer who experiences our service. the yellow cycle holds no responsibility for any consequences or damage of using the videography or photography for commercial use by the customer. in the event of a claim becoming payable owing to the usage of the videography & photography by the customer, any and all liability gets attached to him / her, including the legal fees related to it. in addition, customer should protect the business interests of the yellow cycle within an indemnity of unlimited value, that shall be spelt during the dispute resolution, if any. arranging approvals / permissions / authorizations from relevant authorities (government / private) for videography or photography during experience for any commercial purpose is out of the scope of the yellow cycle, which customer shall note. customers may, at their discretion, shall directly & specifically interface with experience providers in this regard. the yellow cycle reserves the right to use the footage of the videography or photography related to the experience being provided for its promotional purposes. any objection to such use needs to be explicitly communicated in writing to the yellow cycle on the date of booking the experience.

21. other terms and conditions
whilst we take every care in choosing our experience suppliers, inclusion in our range does not mean that we guarantee their safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience suppliers. the yellow cycles™ liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single ticket or gift shall not exceed the price of that voucher or gift.

all the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any ticket, whether or not the ticket holder is the original purchaser. the yellow cycle reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers.
